Installing WinSGW.

* Start the program WinSGW.EXE.
* Choose a destination location. The destination folder will contain the program file and some data files that are used by WinSGW. The destination location is not supposed to contain user files.
* Complete the installation by clicking the computer icon button.
* If you are using Windows 2000, check the security for the WINNT, SYSTEM32 and the WinSGW application folder. All users of the program must have FULL CONTROL on these folders.
* After the installation, check the regional settings of your computer. 
	Decimal symbol must be a full stop (.) for both Numbers and Currency.
	Digit grouping symbol should not be a full stop (.) for both Numbers and Currency.

License agreement for WinSGW:

§1 Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University has developed a computer program, entitled WinSGW, hereinafter referred to as the program. All copyrights or other industrial or intellectual property rights with regard to the program, including the name of the program, belong to Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University.
The recipient acquires no title, right or interest in the program other than the license rights granted in §3.
§2 The recipient is responsible for taking all necessary steps to ensure that the program shall not be disclosed to any third party, without the prior written permission of Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University.
§3 Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University will give to the recipient the non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the program for recipients own activities.
§4 The currently purchased license will be valid for all versions of WinSGW that have a version number starting with 2, e.g. 2.0.1, 2.1.1 and up to 2.X.X if ever released.
§5 Neither liability or obligation to warrant or guarantee will be assumed by Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University for the program, nor will Inorganic Chemistry, Umeċ University assume any liability for results obtained by the recipient using the program.
§6 The terms of this agreement remain in force even after termination of the use of the program by the recipient.
